Although the first shipment of my quartz tubes arrived broken, I was promptly sent replacement ones that did arrive OK. Thanks, that's the way to conduct business!

One of the up lights faults out and will not turn on I will need a replacement light sent asap and I have already put in a call in to the support line with no answer

During my first maintenance of the UV system tubes I had to deal with leak/s. The issue was the placement of washers at the end of these tubes of the UV device.
The leaks did not occur immediately but during the night. The cellar floor was awash.
So, I had to replace the washers and relocate these washers actually doubling them on both tube ends.
My issue was time consuming and expensive.
So, if you do the maintenance on UV device yourself be very careful and monitor leaks over a period of time.
