How does the warranty work?

Bluonics warranty covers any defects in the parts or manufacturing of all of our products. We will give you new replacement parts in exchange for any defective parts. This doesn’t apply to consumable items like filters, cartridges, membranes, UV lamps, etc.

How long does it take to get my package?

Usually your order will be shipped 1-2 business days after placing your order.  Domestic orders normally arrive within 3-7 days of shipping, unless otherwise noted. 

We also offer expedited shipping that you can select at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping and hassle free return

Do you ship outside the United States?

Outside the Continental United States – We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Additional charges may apply.

International – We ship to Canada. Orders are shipped via UPS. Duties, taxes and/or broker’s fees will apply and will be included in your UPS shipping costs.

How do I cancel an order?

Just contact our support and if your item has not been shipped yet, we can help you cancel your order. If your items have already been shipped, we cannot cancel them and you need to return the item for a refund.
