These filters have been a game changer. I never realized how my local municipal water supply tasted like a public pool. Not anymore! these filters do a great job for the whole house. I even put a unit in for my parents so they didn't have to buy bottled water anymore. Great for use with tankless water heaters/boilers. Below shows three months of use. WOW!

On my first order of 10 filters I only received 5 of the filters I wanted, I did receive 5 I didn’t want . I did call and you were kind enough to send 5 new filters I didn’t want . I did email you but never received a reply . Terry

Good filter, but not what I thought I ordered.

Good filter, but not what I thought I ordered. I have one canister under my sink, and wanted just carbon block. I got 6 of them, but I also got six wound sedimant filters I won't use. I wanted all carbon block but I guess you can't get just those. I hear you Terry.
