Never installed anything easier, and seen such good results.
Filter wrench arrived broken. They immediately sent another no questions asked. Water is crystal clear.
This system has always worked super well on my well water that is usually full of sediment and iron. I get nice crystal clear water when pairing it with a water softner. I'm very pleased with this system. This is the second time I've owned this system and I highly recommend it.
The installation was carried out by a professional a week ago. The system filters are large and will offer some effort to change. The other thing we are experiencing is quite a bit of
condensation .
The end result will be the water test later this year.
3 of 4 boxes have been received, but not the UV unit. Please send it as soon as possible, or call UPS.

All manufacturing is subject to defects. I purchased a unit from bluonics that ha a leak within the preasembled unit. I called customer service and sent pictures of the location of the leak. Although it was minor they promptly sent me a new unite to replace it. Daniel was the rep. Who handled it for me. He was very knoledgable and understanding about the problem and meet all my needs and concerns. The manager quickly approved my request even though it was not normal protacall . Thumbs up to Bluonics for standing behind their product!
