This is a seriously great combo. This water filtration system with UV is the best deal around, trust me I over shop everything. I compared so many different units from different sources that I forgot to use a discount code I found online during my checkout. Honestly it has been a pleasure to buy and install. The service center at Bluonics is so good they even applied my discount a few days later when I noticed I forgot to enter it during purchasing it and emailed them, no questions asked and it was done. I couldn’t believe they did but that’s awesome and is the reason I filled out this review. Buy from this excellent company everybody.

When I first tried to install the unit the inlet water connection leaked. I contacted customer support and after troubleshooting they sent a new elbow connector, The new elbow arrived quickly and after I replaced the original, all is well. I've only used the unit for several hours now but it is working great..

I was shorted one of the blue clips that secures the line. I also had to contact customer service as I didn't realize that I have to bleed 12 seconds of warm water before being able to experience cool water due to the radiant heat from the UV bulb. If you can live with waiting for cool water and don't mind a little waisted water the product is decent, easy to install and appears to work. In retrospect, I wish I had given more consideration into purchasing the reverse osmosis system. You should too.
