Installation was straight forward and easy. As I just installed I cannot comment on the help with the bacteria we’ve had a problem with. Hopefully this is the final step in my whole house water filter system.
This is the second Bluonics system like this that I have installed. Both of these arrived quickly and worked perfectly from the start. Be sure to use a surge protector for the ballast and you should be all set. Do not test the ballast without a correct U/V bulb connected. Great new mounting clamps and good support, too!

We have a cistern. We filter our drinking water. We had our unfiltered water tested and the bacteria levels were high. I installed the Bluonics. I had the water retested several day later and there was zero bacteria. Very happy with it

Easy to install, wish I would have bought the ballast / flow switch to conserve energy and the life of the ballast and bulb.
Pretty simple straight forward install.
The only complaint is the wall clamps for the stainless tube.
Should be a better quality plastic.
Would I but this again, certainly.
